ABOUT IRON SQUADRON™
Every aircraft on your shelf was once a story in the sky.
Iron Squadron™ exists to make sure those stories never land.
ABOUT IRON SQUADRON™
Iron Squadron™ exists to make sure those stories never land.
A faded black-and-white print of a P-51 Mustang — nose art half-scraped, propeller a blur, an unnamed pilot squinting against the European sun in the spring of 1944.
The man who took the photo never spoke about the war. The man who flew the aircraft never came home. What was left was a name in a logbook, a serial number on a tail, and a question that wouldn't go quiet:
How do you hold history in your hands when history won't stay still?
We searched for a faithful 1:72 model of that exact Mustang. We found dozens of imitations. We found none worthy of the name.
So we built Iron Squadron™ — a hangar where every aircraft, from the canvas-and-wire fighters of the Western Front to the carbon-and-stealth jets of the modern age, is treated with the reverence its service deserves.
To preserve the legacy of military aviation — one precision-crafted aircraft at a time — and to put it within reach of the people who care most.
Whether you're a veteran reaching for the cockpit you once flew, a collector building the squadron of your dreams, or a son or daughter searching for the right tribute to a father who served — you belong here.
THE IRON SQUADRON STANDARD
Before an aircraft is cleared for our hangar, it has to pass three checkpoints:
✕ Authenticity. Markings, livery, scale, and serial numbers must honor the historical record. If the rivet count is wrong, it doesn't fly with us.
✕ Craftsmanship. Die-cast metal where it matters. Hand-applied tampo printing. Display-ready straight from the box — no glue, no guesswork.
✕ Provenance. We source only from established manufacturers and curated partners with decades in the hobby. No knock-offs. No mystery boxes. No surprises.
Pass all three, and it's cleared for the squadron. Fail one, and it never reaches you.
Every order from Iron Squadron™ comes with more than an aircraft. You become part of a community of enthusiasts, historians, veterans, and dreamers who believe these machines — and the men and women who flew them — deserve to be remembered.
Members of the squadron get:
We tell the story before we make the sale.
Fewer aircraft, better aircraft.
Once you're squadron, you're squadron for life.
Iron Squadron™ is a curated hangar, not a factory. We don't manufacture aircraft. We source them — carefully, deliberately, from the best names in the hobby — and we vet every one against the Standard before it ships.
We honor the men and women who served. We do not glorify war.
We sell aircraft from every side of every conflict in our catalog, because the engineers, mechanics, and pilots of every air force in history deserve to have their stories told — and the machines they built and flew deserve to be remembered.
Browse the hangar. Find the aircraft that calls to you. Bring its story home.
Wheels up.
