Before it takes off

Every order is hand-checked by a member of the crew before it leaves the hangar. That extra step takes a little longer than autopilot fulfillment — and it's why aircraft from Iron Squadron™ rarely arrive damaged or wrong.

Processing time: every order is inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Engraved display stands are made to order — add a couple of days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment your aircraft is wheels up.

Shipping rates & delivery windows

Free U.S. shipping on every order. No minimums, no thresholds — every aircraft ships free within the United States.

Delivery window · 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are carrier estimates and can vary by destination. We currently ship within the United States only — more markets are inbound.

The way we pack

A scale aircraft can survive 500 hours of combat. It rarely survives a careless courier. We pack accordingly.

Every aircraft ships in:

  1. Original manufacturer box — sealed and inspected before packing
  2. Foam corner cradles — custom-cut for each model size
  3. Double-walled outer carton — corrugated cardboard, rated for international transit
  4. Inflatable air pillows — to fill every void
  5. Fragile labels on all six sides — visible from any orientation

Lifetime transit-damage warranty

If your aircraft arrives damaged — cracked, snapped, scuffed, or anything less than flight-ready — we replace it. Free.

No "we'll review your claim." No partial refunds. No restocking fees.

You'll need to:

  1. Email crew@ironsquadron.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Send 3 photos: the aircraft, the packaging, and the damage close-up
  3. We'll ship a replacement within 48 hours of confirmation

Optional: Route Package Protection — adds full coverage for loss in transit, theft, and weather damage. Automatically calculated at checkout (~1.5% of order value). You can opt out before completing your order.

Tracking your aircraft

The moment your aircraft leaves the hangar, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of any order at any time.

If you don't see a tracking number within 2 business days of your order, email crew@ironsquadron.com — we'll find out where your aircraft is.
