Shipping policy
Free U.S. shipping on every order. Every aircraft ships free within the United States — no minimums, no thresholds, no surprises at checkout.
Processing time. Every order is inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Engraved display stands are made to order — please allow a couple of extra days.
Delivery time. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery windows are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed; weather, carrier delays, and peak-season volume can extend transit times.
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. More markets are inbound. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time due to carrier limitations.
Tracking. The moment your aircraft leaves the hangar, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to begin updating after dispatch. If you don't see a tracking number within 2 business days of your order, email crew@ironsquadron.com and we'll locate it.
Packaging. Every aircraft ships foam-protected and double-boxed — sealed manufacturer box, custom foam cradles, a double-walled outer carton, and fragile labeling. The way an airframe should travel.
Address accuracy & failed deliveries. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed delivery, or a refused shipment, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. We'll always reach out before taking any action.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, the packaging, and the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund. (See our Return & Refund Policy.)
Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation. Resolution (replacement or refund) depends on the outcome of that claim.
