Refund policy
30-day returns. If an aircraft isn't right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals, and components
- Free of damage, misuse, or modification
Non-returnable items. Made-to-order products — engraved display stands and custom crew patches — are non-returnable, as they're produced just for you. Items marked Final Sale are also non-returnable.
Changed your mind? Customer-remorse returns are accepted within 30 days in original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and any original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Wrong, damaged, or defective item. If we got it wrong — incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective — we cover it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video showing the issue
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
Once verified, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping for our error is on us.
How to start a return. Email crew@ironsquadron.com with your order number, the name on the order, and the reason for the return (plus photos if applicable). Once approved, we'll send return instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before receiving approval.
Refund processing. After we receive and inspect your return — or approve your claim — refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Partial refunds. A partial refund may apply if an item is returned with signs of use, missing packaging or accessories, or damage unrelated to shipping or manufacturing. We'll always communicate before issuing a partial refund.
Disputes. If anything goes wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most issues the same day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us only delays resolution.
